(April 8, 2014)―The National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) Business Advisory Group has launched a nationwide executive search for a Vice President of Sales on behalf of Graphic Visual Solutions, Greensboro, N.C., Graphic Visual Solutions is a $24 million graphic communications company whose service portfolio includes sheetfed, digital, and grand format inkjet printing, folding cartons and flexo labels, as well as mailing and fulfillment.
The Vice President of Sales will report to the company’s Chief Executive Officer and join the current executive management team in shaping long-term sales strategy and planning for the company’s future. The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to develop a strategic business development plan and help attract and grow business relationships.
The successful candidate will also be skilled at building and managing a world-class sales organization that can deliver targeted sales revenues; hiring, training, and mentoring the sales team to successfully meet its objectives in prospecting for new customers and generating new business; and continuously developing the team through motivational leadership, coaching, training, and promoting accountability.
