Prior to joining Epicomm in 2011as a Vice President and Senior Consultant, Tom served as Chief Executive Officer and President of a label company for more than 30 years. He was CEO and President of Label Art, Inc. from 1981 to 2000, and CEO and President of Aladdin Label, Inc. from 2000 to 2011. Prior to those positions, he was Chief Financial Officer of Orion Research, Inc., and a Senior Accountant for Arthur Andersen & Co.

Aladdin is a manufacturer, printer, and packager of pressure-sensitive labels whose annual revenues grew under Tom’s leadership from $3 million in 2000 to $11 million at the end of 2010, when its assets were sold to Repacorp, Inc. Label Art manufactures and prints pressure-sensitive labels. Tom joined Label Art as its Chief Financial Officer in 1981, when it had annual revenues of $5 million, and became its CEO and President in 1986. During his tenure, revenues rose to more than $50 million and the company grew to comprise manufacturing facilities in New Hampshire, Georgia, California, and Arkansas.

As an association consultant, Tom provides a variety of services for tag and labelcompany executives, including CEO coaching, merger and acquisition advisory services, strategic assessments, and financial analysis. He served as President of the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) from 1998 to 2000, and as a member of the Institute’s Board of Directors from 1990 to 2000.

Tom served as a Hospital Corpsman on active duty with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War era prior to attending Bentley College, where he received a B.S. Degree in Accountancy cum laude.
