What Concerns You Most?

That’s what we recently asked NAPL State of the Industry research participants. Understandably the economy and maintaining profitability were cited most
frequently, by far. Three of the next four concerns, diminished customer loyalty, maintaining prices, and distinguishing ourselves from the competition, all reflect the growing commoditization of our services. Other top-10 concerns: the rising costs of taxes, regulations, etc., rising postal rates, marketing ourselves more efficiently, rising energy prices, and the cost of staying state of the art. What concerns you the most? Please post your thoughts at the comment section
